PixelBolt was founded in 2023 by a group of friends united by their passion for gaming and a shared desire to make their mark on the video game industry.

Our journey began when Phi, our founder, brought together a team of like-minded individuals who were eager to challenge the norms of game development and tell captivating stories. Since then, we've grown into an ever-expanding group of talented and passionate creatives who are committed to pushing the boundaries of imagination and bringing life-thrilling worlds to life.

Meet The Team

Phi Huynh

Founder, Director, & Programmer

With an unwavering passion for storytelling and RPG games, Phi serves as the visionary Founder, Programmer, and Director of PixelBolt. Inspired by the captivating worlds of Hideo Kojima, Phi aims to craft immersive experiences that blur the boundaries between reality and fantasy. When not shaping digital realms, Phi refines his archery skills and builds new Magic the Gathering commander decks.

Elizabeth Tran

Writing Lead & Sprite Artist

Elizabeth is a passionate story lover who has been captivated by the immersive worlds mystery, horror/thriller, and romance games and novels. As Pixelbolt's dedicated Writer and Sprite Artist, she crafts immersive worlds inspired by the Ikemen series and the timeless brilliance of Sherlock Holmes. Elizabeth's journey into game development was a natural progression, as her love for crafting stories pushed her to explore new ways to share them with the world. Outside of her creative pursuits, Elizabeth is obsessed with 天官赐福, baking the perfect macron, and the lore of FNAF.

Josiah Valdez

Art Lead - Graphic Designer

Drawing inspiration from a lifelong love of gaming and an unwavering commitment to making his mark in the industry, Josh serves as Pixelbolt's talented Lead Artist. Teal-clad and fueled by his favorite burritos and sushi, Josh's creativity stems from the captivating worlds of Borderlands, Cyberpunk 2077, and the dark allure of The Necronomicon. Whether immersed in the hypnotic beats of Lorn or exploring cyberpunk fantasies, Josh's inventive spirit brings extraordinary journeys to life, proving that childhood dreams can become reality.

Patrick O'Neal

Music Lead & Co-Writer

A metalhead with a taste for tacos and a heart that beats for unforgettable narratives, Patrick serves as Pixelbolt's Music Director and Co-Writer. Patrick pushes the envelope to create worlds as engrossing as Bioshock and Watchmen while enjoying bands like Carach Angren and The Acacia Strain. Fun fact? Patrick is a survivor or a rare infection related to the infamous black plague (same genus, different species)!

TsunamiJuria

Creative Content Specialist, Webmaster

Harnessing a whirlwind of creativity and a passion for the "Tales of" series, TsunamiJuria is PixelBolt’s Webmaster and Promo Video Creator. Donning their signature red, inspired by their January birthstone, TsunamiJuria's enthusiasm extends to their love for animals. As a lover of rock and electro music, TsunamiJuria's diverse interests also include working with their hands, from sewing and drawing to construction and clay.
